Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the verified ticket was not delivered within the promised timeframe
• If there was a technical error during the booking process
• If the order was placed in duplicate

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• If your visa application is rejected
• If you provided incorrect travel details
• If you no longer need the verified ticket after it has been delivered
• If the ticket has already been downloaded or used

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at verifiedtickets@dummyflightticket.co.in within 24 hours of your purchase. Include your booking reference number and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Date Changes

Date changes on verified tickets are available free of charge. Contact our support team to modify your travel dates.
